Hi, my name is Annaïda, and I’m a designer who feels attracted and connected to natural environments, everyday things, and traces. Therefore, in my work, I focus more on inspiration rather than production. I’m interested in ecology, geology, and the history of things: the interconnectedness, the stories.
I work intuitively and through process, giving space for chance to play a role. Mixing theoretical and field research with hands-on experiments. I have a background in multimedia design, but I’m more attracted to tangible design and like to connect different media. Both analog and digital.
In a world where we have everything we desire within reach and where we are constantly connected to the artificial world. I would like to focus on the tangible, unnoticed things and create wonder, respect, and care for our local environments.
Right now, I am still figuring out my own path and the trace I want to leave in this world. But feel that there is something in the air ready for change.
